What types of property do you manage?
We work with owners of London flats and houses, as well as developers and investors. Tell us about the location, condition and size of your property, and we’ll discuss whether our management or letting services are a good fit.
How does guaranteed rent work?
For suitable properties, we can agree a fixed rent and become your tenant, then manage the property under the agreed letting arrangement. Rent, responsibilities, contract length and any notice provisions are set out in your individual agreement.
Can you manage my property while I’m selling?
We can discuss a flexible arrangement while your property is on the market. Access for viewings, notice periods and the practical details are agreed before we begin, so the arrangement works with your plans.
