I used to Airbnb the property myself and it was such a hassle that I handed it over to S10HV, who frankly did a much better job! They charge more than I was asking and each day the amount varies (unlike when I did it) as the prices are always sensitive to demand. I love the fact that they handle everything, not just the marketing and rental, but the cleaning and bed changing too. When the occasional problem arises they are always quick to respond and very prompt and polite in dealing with issues. I'd definitely recommend them.

Our family of three stayed in Alessandro's flat for a week in London and it was a perfect location for seeing all the major attractions, with everything within a 20-minute walk (at a 7-year-old's pace). The flat was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, just as described and pictured. The flat is stylish, cosy, and elegant. The bed is comfy, and the pillows are great. The wifi speed was also good. The location is unbeatable, you're in the middle of Picadilly, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, etc. The bedroom is in the interior, so it's quiet at night. There are not many stays like this one in central London in terms of price vs. value provided. Will come back for sure when I'm back in town. Many thanks.

How will you market my property?

Our experts will create your listing and publish it across leading online channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com to maximize your visibility.

How quickly can I receive my first booking?

Provided all amenities are available, we can prepare your property for letting within 48 hours of contract signing, including professional cleaning, provision of bedding/toiletries/towels, professional photography, and listings, and typically receive the first bookings within a day or two of listing, allowing your property to begin earning within a week of signing with us.

How long until I start earning?

Hosts can receive their first booking typically within a day or two from the time your property has been published on Airbnb and other our online channel partners.

How do I get paid?

Payouts are given once a month via a secure bank transfer. You will have access to a personalised online report with your financial progress and live calendar updates. Here, you may close off the calendar for dates you wish to stay.

Can I give special instructions to the cleaners?

Yes of course, Landlords and Guests are both able to get in touch to discuss additional requests.
